By having a balanced diet We can keep our body fit. A balanced diet plays an important role in our health.

Due to the modern lifestyle we lack a healthy body. We eat more fast food rather than healthy food and that affects our body so that many people have health issues. They are suffering from obesity that leads to health problems. People are suffering from a lot of diseases. So we need to avoid Fast food and we should adopt a balanced diet.
