What is a Balanced Diet?

A balanced diet is a diet that contains different kinds of foods in certain quantities and proportions so that the requirement for calories, proteins, minerals, vitamins and alternative nutrients is adequate and a small provision is reserved for additional nutrients to endure the short length of leanness. By having a balanced diet We can keep our body fit. A balanced diet plays an important role in our health.

Nutrition:

The process of providing or obtaining the food necessary for health and growth is called Nutrition. Proper nutrition provides our body health. 

It’s need:

Due to the modern lifestyle we lack a healthy body. We eat more fast food rather than healthy food and that affects our body so that many people have health issues. They are suffering from obesity that leads to health problems. People are suffering from a lot of diseases. So we need to avoid Fast food and we should adopt a balanced diet.

Healthy Body - Healthy mind:

“By changing our minds, we really can change our lives,” If our body is not healthy our mind can not be healthy. If we are facing health issues then our mind can be restless. It can not think properly. 

Research has shown that a healthy body leads to a healthy mind. Maintaining a level of physical fitness and a balanced diet to be healthy in our life.

Fast food - Its effects:

Fast food is harmful to our body.In the short term, fast food impacts blood sugar and blood pressure, increases inflammation, and may mean an individual does not eat enough necessary nutrients. In the long term, a diet rich in fast food could lead to issues with digestion, immunity, inflammation, heart health, obesity, and more. Obesity. A balanced meal is a snapshot of a diet that covers the three core food groups. A balanced diet should offer around 60-70% of total calories from carbohydrates, 10-12% from proteins and 20-25% of total calories from fat. Healthy eating increases energy, improves the way your body functions, strengthens your immune system and prevents weight gain.
